Meditation and Visualisation

Mysticpenelope is well practised in meditation and visualisation techniques which is an inward orientated practise that has been around since antiquity. She embodies it into her own life and uses it as a tool to aid healing with clients by helping them to connect to their own inner sub conciousness where repressed energies exist or their higher selves for divine guidance. 

During meditation the mind moves into a different state of consciousness and you can leave the current space & moment. through deep breathing.  To hold oneself in a sacred space, where you can gain insights into yourself for inner transformation or you can follow your own divine guidance from spirit guides.

Meditation, being in your own personnal space, is a place of understanding the inner architecture of your soul. It is a place where you can disconnect from the noise & distractions of the outer world & enter your own inner world to met the void. It has many benefits as it connects us to the divine feminine aspect of ourselves & it trains the mind.

 

It is a tool for self-discovery, inner healing, and growth to higher awareness.  It can reduce stress, enhance self developement, psychic abilities, brings insights into situations, connect you to your spirit guides, help establish safe boundaries with other individuals & other things. It also leads to inner peace, balance and serenity. By bringing in self awareness, as all answers are within us. It is an inward journey, a spiral into the laberynth of selfhood, where we can remove what is not wanted, heal old wounds & connect to our 

personal spirit guides and guardian angels that help us through divine law, giving us guidance, inspiration and healing.
