Family wars, blame & infringement can effect many generations in a family
It was my inner child who was silenced, but the adult knows better & has freedom to speak up

Abuse causes family fragmentation. I forgive them for their persecution in speaking up about it
Both a mother & a child has sexuality, but the projection of it onto a child was wrong, it was her shadow aspect
Negative emotional impacts can feel like a strangulation
They can not & will not Silence & suffocate my spirit now!
